There is no Glory without a Story

By Chaplain John Williams
In this life we will experience different seasons. We will experience the mountain tops and valleys lows. No matter how much we pray, fast, read, study the Bible, worship, praise, live holy, give and be faithful. There are certain God designed test and trials we cannot escape or avoid. We have to face them head on, in order for God to purity, perfect and elevate us to the next dimension(not level).
When we are being tested and perfected, our human emotions will manifest. (temporary outburst, frustration, impatience, anxiety, nervousness and feelings of abandonment). In the midst of it all, the Holy Spirit will comfort us, strengthen us and help us as we go through our testing and pruning season.
As we are being spiritually conditioned, stretched and pulled out the comfort zone. We must be confident that God knows what he is doing for us, in us and through us. It might not feel good to us, but ultimately it is good for us. We want greater power, without process. We want gain without pain. We want growth without spiritual purification. We want success without suffering. It doesn’t work that way. The cross will always come before the crown. There is no glory without a story!
